Reference images remove ambiguity faster than a long written description. Show the shape, finish or application context you have in mind.
After the order arrives.
For a quality issue, send photographs within seven days of delivery and include the affected style, size, quantity and order number. Approved issues are replaced and shipped again.
Unshipped orders may be cancelled. Orders already shipped are not returnable, and custom project terms are confirmed against the approved specification before production.
